Whether youre trying to exercise regularly, quit smoking, follow a diet, work on a personal project, improve your productivity or sleep better, well help you get there.
Ritual is a simpler way to transform your life.

Do you make New Year’s resolutions that you forget about?
Do you lose motivation because you cant feel the progress youre making?
We created Ritual to manage those issues in an easy and efficient way.

From simple yes or no answers to questions such as Did you exercise today? or even number answer for How many cups of coffee or sodas did you drink?, the Ritual App allows you to track your habits with ease.

Studies have revealed time and time again that tracking your actions and recording your habits serves as an essential first step toward effecting change. Its easy to lose track of what youre eating, drinking and doing.

Also, Ritual Cloud puts your content on all your devices. Everywhere. Automatically

Heres what our beloved users think of Ritual:

This app has changed all of my daily routines in a huge way. It’s mainly because of the fact that it’s just so customizable, and it gives you everything you need to commit to a schedule. It keeps me on my toes, it keeps my schedules in line, and it overall just helps me to keep my priorities straight, and keep my head where it should be.

This is exactly the app I was looking for. It does two things well - allows you to track good or bad habits/rituals/tasks in an intuitive way, and also has a reminders functionality that just works. Apples Reminders doesnt work when I set a reminder for everyday at a certain time but this one does beautifully!

Simple but flexible, and nice clean interface. I like being able to track different kinds of goals and see my progress on each at a glance. You can have some yes/no goals where you enter a check mark or an x for each day or just leave the day blank (to track number of runs per week, for example) and some number goals where you can enter a number per day (hours of sleep, steps walked, hours spent on a project, whatever) and the app automatically color-codes each day based on how the number compares with your average. Its pretty sweet.

Ritual is under heavy development, be prepared to many important new features, and dont hesitate to send us some feedback!
